Pensnett is about two miles north-west of our workshop, between Brierley Hill, Kingswinford and Dudley. Coming down through Brierley Hill to Mount Pleasant usually takes ten minutes or so, depending on how busy the town centre is.

Pensnett is two places in one. There is the village itself, with its High Street, St Mark's church beside Barrow Hill and the open ground of Fens Pools, and there is the Pensnett Trading Estate, one of the largest business parks in the area. Between them, we see family cars from the houses and a steady flow of vans and work vehicles from the estate.

If you run a van off the trading estate, you know that a day off the road is a day's work lost. We do MOTs on Class 4 vans and keep your servicing and brakes up to date so the van is ready when the MOT comes round. Book a slot first thing and, for routine jobs, we will aim to have it back to you the same day.

For the village, the cars are the usual mix of hatchbacks, family SUVs and older cars kept going for the school run. Barrow Hill and the roads around it are steep, so brakes and handbrakes work hard. Damp winters and plenty of on-street parking also mean we see a lot of batteries that give up on the first cold morning.
